1. Acceptance of TermsThese terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the identity wallet services called “FreightTech.ID”, temporarily owned by ETA Sp. Z o.o. ("ETA", "we", "our" or "us"). The Service includes as described on our site. By using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy.2. Your FreightTech.ID AccountTo register an account ("Account"), you must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your Account.3. Intellectual PropertyThe FreightTech.ID and proprietary information included in the Service, such as source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics, and the trademarks, service marks and logos contained herein are owned by ETA Sp. Z o.o., subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights under Poland and international laws and conventions.4. ConfidentialityYour privacy is very important to us. You don't have to use any personal information to start using our service. It's only you who has the full access to your data. Your data won't be sold or used without your acceptance.5. TerminationETA Sp. Z o.o. may terminate your access to all or any part of the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.6. IndemnificationYou agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ETA Sp. Z o.o. from any and all claims, losses, liability, costs, and/or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of this Agreement, or the posting or use of any materials on or through the Service by you.7. Governing Law and JurisdictionThese Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts in Poland in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Service.9. Changes to the TermsETA Sp. Z o.o. reserves the right to revise and update these Terms at any time. Your continued usage of the Service will mean you accept those changes.10. Agreement to ArbitrateAll claims and disputes arising under or relating to this Agreement are to be settled by binding arbitration in Poland or another location mutually agreeable to the parties.Please note that you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of ETA Sp. Z o.o.'s FreightTech.ID, and by creating a wallet or using any of the services, you are also agreeing to our privacy policy.By continuing with creating a wallet on FreightTech.ID, you thereby agree to all of the terms and conditions of the Service.
